More than 20 years of passion for great food — from Village Creperie Cafe to Cake in a Can.
2004
Our journey began in 2004 when we opened Village Creperie Cafe in Huntington, Long Island. Inspired by the traditions of French cuisine, we served authentic savory and sweet crepes and handcrafted desserts made with fresh, quality ingredients.
For 14 wonderful years, we had the privilege of sharing our passion for great food with our loyal customers and becoming part of the local community.
On the road
After selling our cafe, we took our passion on the road by building our food truck and expanding into crepe catering. We began serving guests throughout Long Island and the Tri-State area, bringing authentic crepes to corporate events, weddings, birthdays, employee appreciation events, festivals, farmers markets, car shows, sporting events, and countless other celebrations.
Today
Our love for creating memorable desserts eventually inspired our newest venture, Cake in a Can. We wanted to offer a dessert that was just as exciting as it was delicious — handcrafted layers of deliciously moist cake with homemade cream filling and other premium ingredients, carefully packed and sealed for maximum freshness.
